Production Team Floaters (Food Manufacturing)

Now hiring multiple roles on all 4 shifts total of 42 hours a week:
• Team A : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday : 7am to 7pm and Thursday 7am to 1pm
• Team B : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday : 7pm to 7am and Thursday 7pm to 1am
• Team C : Thursday 7am to 1pm, Friday, Sat, Sun 7am to 7pm
• Team D : Thursday 1am to 7am, Friday, Sat, Sun 7pm to 7am

Duties / Responsibilities

As a Floater on the production floor, you will perform a variety of tasks

  • Assist in the plant to ensure quality and production standards are met in a timely, accurate and safe manner
  • Maintain the ability to perform general duties on the production floor i.e. operating walkie, packing, handling materials.
  • Substitute for team members who are away
  • General operational work in the plant as directed by shift supervisor
  • Report production line issues promptly and proactively to team leads
  • Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Wear all PPE required including Safety Shoes, eye/ear protection

Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Previous Material Handling experience preferred
  • Availability and ability to commit to selected shift times
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Career oriented with reliable attendance
  • Physical handling of loads
