Job Purpose

  • Seeking career seekers to join a manufacturing production team building custom Industrial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning equipment. Team members work in a factory environment where they are constantly being challenged to use their knowledge and skills in the construction of HVAC equipment. You will learn to read blueprint specifications, parts lists in order to gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials for the construction of HVAC equipmentThey provide an atmosphere in which employees are encouraged to learn and grow well beyond their own expectations. Long-term  employment is provided to the right candidates looking for careers and future advancement opportunities.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

  • Assemble components as required for the construction of HVAC equipment
  • Fabricate and assemble metal products
  • Measure, cut, and grind all necessary components together
  • Perform quality checks
  • Follow blueprint diagrams to build HVAC units

Requirements

  • Previous production or general labor experience (Asset)
  • Previous experience with hand and power tools (Asset)
  • Able to effectively use a tape measure
  • Reliable and able to work Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm and Friday: 7:00am – 3:15pm

Physical Demands

  • Must be physically fit to stand for prolonged periods, as well as bend, crouch, stoop, walk, carry, push
