Ontario Works
We offer three programs sponsored by Toronto Employment and Social Services, specific to Ontario Works recipients residing within the City of Toronto.
The programs available to participants via Case Worker referral include:
- Pre-Employment Skills Program
- Career Assessment and Exploration Program
- Customers FIRST for Women Program
Programs are facilitated virtually or when appropriate at our 4151 Sheppard Avenue East location.
Participants must be free to attend and participate on a daily basis.
Pre-Employment Skills Program
A structured 12-week program geared towards assisting Participants with identifying their career goals, strengths and interests to transition successfully into employment focused activities.
Career Assessment & Exploration Program
Comprehensive 6-week program to help participants address barriers and move them closer to the labour market and/or employment.
Customers FIRST for Women Program
We offer an intense 8-week training program designed to advance you towards employment in the customer service industry.
